Using command prompt, how can I change my Gmail address useame on my local account back to Microsoft. It doesn't let me sign in. You see my Gmail address but when I put my password in, it said to change my Microsoft password to sign in. But it's not a Microsoft account. I'm not sure if this stack covers this sort of issue, but I'm a bit stuck. About a week ago I downloaded MS Office Pro plus from the official MS site wanting to use the free 60-day trial that was mentioned in THIS link. I downloaded the file, installed office, and began using it happily. Fast forward to today, I come to use the software again, but all I can do is view documents. A big red bar has also appeared whenever I load up any office product from the trial as shown below. What can I do to fix the problem and continue with the free trial? Recently started working as the tech support for a small company. Recently I leaed that they've all been experiencing graphical glitches with Microsoft Office that I think might be a symptom of larger issues. Has anyone ever seen a graphical error like this before and if so how was it resolved? People who have a subscription to the Microsoft Action Pack Network (https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/membership/action-pack) get access to a bunch of products with legitimate license keys provided (https://www.microsoft.com/Licensing/servicecenter/home.aspx). In once case, I've noticed that they provide a download for a title and the key as well; however, when the software is downloaded the key seems to be bued into the image and ultimately does not match up to the key provided on the site. I have long Word documents where I need to apply standard comments to the same set of keywords, but only in selected sections of the document. I'd like to use Keepass 2 to store my Microsoft account's password, however as the Windows sign in password is tied to the Microsoft account it would be impossible to sign in to my computer. One possible alteative is to setup a pin, picture or other means to sign in but if I reinstall my Windows I still have to sign in during the setup. PIN is also numeric only, which is less secure than passwords. It might be possible to create a local account during setup and change it to Microsoft account later with PIN setup. I have the Windows 10 Aiversary update ruing on a domain managed network (Windows Server 2012 R2) which uses Folder Redirection and Roaming Profiles. When logged in and coected to the domain, several applications including the Store, Groove Music, Feedback hub will not sign into my Microsoft account. Previously they would with no problem. Now however, they refuse to sign in with no errors (mostly), its as if the functionality has been completely removed as the sign in button does nothing. Strangely, if I log into the machine when outside of the domain which then uses my cached profile information, everything works OK! My goal is to automate the OOBE process (launched by sysprep) by removing the need for a new product key to be entered. I already have a product key since I am launching this through sysprep. I would be fine with skipping the step completely since the system is already active. However, I thought it might be easier to just provide the product key already in use on the system. I'm trying to associate a certificate with a private key in an HSM. I first import the cert into my Microsoft Personal store. I then import the key into my HSM. Next, I try to associate the cert with the key by using certutil: certutil -csp "<HSM Key Storage Provider>" -repairstore My "<Certificate Thumbprint>" When I execute this it outputs: CertUtil: -repairstore command FAILED: 0x80092005 CertUtrl: The object or property already exists. I've installed a trial copy of MS Project 2010 on Windows 10 the other day, completed a task then uninstalled it, using the System settings dialog for programs and features. Now a few days later, Windows Update wants to install updates for Office 2010, such as Service Pack 2. I however have no Microsoft Office products installed in this machine, not currently and not before. How can I keep Windows Update from trying to update an install that's supposed to be not there?
