Graphical glitches are in Microsoft Office throughout our domain

Recently started working as the tech support for a small company. Recently I leaed that they've all been experiencing graphical glitches with Microsoft Office that I think might be a symptom of larger issues. Has anyone ever seen a graphical error like this before and if so how was it resolved? Here's a video of the glitch:

It's affected both Office 2010 and 2013, other programs are affected at the same time, its not reproducible as far as I've been able to get to happen, it's basically across an entire office of 20 people. Opening Word in safe mode resolves the issues temporarily (you can open again later not in safe mode and it's fine for a while). No one with a windows 10 PC has been affected.
