I've uninstalled Office 2010 but Windows 10 still wants to install updates - how to disable that?

I've installed a trial copy of MS Project 2010 on Windows 10 the other day, completed a task then uninstalled it, using the System settings dialog for programs and features. Now a few days later, Windows Update wants to install updates for Office 2010, such as Service Pack 2. I however have no Microsoft Office products installed in this machine, not currently and not before. How can I keep Windows Update from trying to update an install that's supposed to be not there?
