I have a really weird problem (thankfully not on my own computer). Since recently a computer hardly reacts to mouse clicks. Whenever the computer starts you have a single chance to open a application through menu bar. I recently purchased a mouse and upon trying it I find the following problem: When the mouse is stopped and I try to move it just a little bit, it doesn't move at all until I push it far enough and it jumps and overshoots the target. Since some days I have a problem with my Laptop. I sometimes close the lid, when I do not need the laptop. Ok so the problem first started with the mouse about 2 weeks ago the mouse started disconnecting and reconnecting. It stopped for about 2 days and now its back and worse than ever. Running into a really weird issue with a dualboot windows 10/windows 7 machine, with win10 installed as main OS and win7 on a secondary drive, with windows 10's fastboot disabled. After upgrading to Windows 10 on my Asus G74 laptop, scrolling a page with my mouse scroll wheel makes the window contents start flashing. Moving the scroll bar on the window stops the flashing and retus the window to the top of the page I was scrolling. I recently bought a new Windows 10 box which is a laptop. For whatever reason, when my laptop goes to sleep and then I wake it back up, my exteal USB mouse no longer works and the only way for me to navigate is either to use the trackpad OR unplug the mouse and plug it back in... For some reason on KDE my mouse will stop moving in two scenarios, only to be fixed by logging off via ALT+F2 (logout): Computer naturally suspends after timeout. Shutting lid. Whenever I use razercfg on my Razer Deathadder Chroma, it freezes for like a quarter of a second. I'm trying to do visual feedback of how quickly I press my mouse by changing the color of the leds, and that disturbs gameplay because every time I click I plan on increasing the red RGB value of the color by 5 and about 5 times a second I'm planning on removing 1 from that value, so pretty much that would make gameplay impossible at all, because the mouse would be frozen at all times. In multiple monitor setup mouse often unintentionally leaves the screen e.g. when trying to click close, trying to click the scroll bar. Just power cycle the computer. Windows should reinstall the drivers automatically. If your power button is set to tu of the computer, you should be good to go - unless you have unsaved documents, then it will wait for a response you cant give.
