This bug has been raging on for 2 months now - lowering the sound through the Netflix app wouldn't work, the volume would stay at 100%. Only lowering windows master volume helps. I have the Windows 10 Anniversary update running on a domain managed network (Windows Server 2012 R2) which uses Folder Redirection and Roaming Profiles. I need to time an object that stays still on a wall but may fail and fall off the wall after some time. Instead of sitting there for the fall that may never occur I would like to use a smartphone camera to sense motion as a trigger for a stopwatch. The app ideally would take snaps from the start of the timing and at the end so as to see what motion triggered the smartphone camera to stop timing... Any ideas? P.S. I have a Python Flask application, and a Raspberry Pi running Raspbian on which I installed Piratebox to tu it into a Wifi hub. I'd like to modify the Piratebox homepage to serve my application. I just clean installed Windows 10, and ever since, none of my inteal Chrome popup windows appear. This means clicking on an extension toolbar button or the bookmarks star will do nothing but make the button appear pressed (see screenshot). Since I have upgraded Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro, I notice that Windows would appear unstable immediately after unlocking. It doesn't happen right after a very recent restart, however as time passes by (I normally put it to sleep every evening and leave it running but locked during the day), it get progressively worse. Right now I'm running a java app by SSH-ing to a VM on Google Cloud Compute. I issue a command to run the app and it loads a console. As soon as I terminate the SSH connection, the app shuts down. I assume this is because the console has been closed. I would like this app (which is a server) to persist after I terminate SSH, and, at any point, I would like to be able to reconnect to the console and issue commands on the server. Thank You! I am currently using Ubuntu Mate 16.04. When the system starts up the NetworkManager applet does not display any wireless networks. The only "solution" I currently know is to issue sudo iwlist scan on the command line. Afterwards NetworkManager sees the networks and I can register to my WLAN. This is quite annoying to do every time I boot the system. Is there any permanent solution for this bug? PS: I have also confirmed with rfkill that the device is not software blocked.
