Why are my Google apps and accounts not working?

It started on my phone. My Play Store suddenly stopped working and my email would not sync. Then I tried deleting and setting up a new account, would not log in. Went to my PC and tried logging into Google. No luck. Can’t log into my account and support sites won’t open at all. This weird. Help!
