my input indicator is gone in Windows 10 for an unknown reason, Please consider reading these facts before answering: I don't want to use CTFMON.EXE as it is not the same one, and this does not respond to (Windows + Space) command to change input language, only responds to (Alt+Shift), which is really aoying. Let's say I have crashplan making a LAN backup of a few different hard drives, then I make an image of my windows 7 drive. Then I continue using the computer, adding files to my various drives with crashplan continuing to backup. After some time I then restore the windows 7 image bringing me back to a previous point in time. I am having some issues with my Windows 10 installation. Currently I caot shut down my computer without physically pressing and holding the power button on the front of my computer. If I click the start window button on the bottom left then click 'power' -> 'Shut down' nothing happens at all. The start pop-up disappears and my PC will not shut down. The same happens for 'restart'. Sleep seems to work fine. Is there a way to run a Windows application without displaying its GUI window? I have a 3rd party Windows application which does not have any command line parameter or switch to suppress its GUI. I need to start it in the background, and interact only programmatically with it, using data exchange APIs published by that 3rd party app. I tried creating a Task in Task Scheduler with the Hidden check box, but even then when I start the task manually, the app's window is getting displayed. I have a Windows 2008 R2 server. I have set up Chrome as a remote app that people can launch via Remote Desktop. When I launch the remote app on my local machine (double-click the RDP file I created using RemoteApp Manager on the server), the remote Chrome app launches successfully but I get the frowny face in the tab titles and the empty gray background in the document pane. In other questions on this topic, this has been solved by people with a general (full desktop) RDP session by launching Chrome with the --disable-gpu flag. I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. My application (that was run as administrator) maps a folder from D drive to a network drive Z using the Windows Network API wnetaddcoection2(). When I opened File Explorer, I couldn't see the Z drive. However, when I opened other applications (e.g., Visual Studio) in Admin mode and browse to This PC folder, I'm able to see the Z drive under Network Location. I am (trying to) administrate my dads computer and he now updated his windows 8 to windows 10. He was using the windows Mail App (the one with the blue square and the white envelope) and after booting windows 10, everything was there except a specific mail account on a private server. The microsoft mail account was automatically migrated. He was missing some important mails from this private account and since I am more familiar with Thunderbird and the account was coected via IMAP, I set everything up via Thunderbird. The result is, I am missing all mails which where saved in folders via the Mail App. To cut a long story short, it looks like the mails are still saved as .eml files in C:Users...

So I am looking for a program that functions a lot like XMBC which is a program that allows you to remap / simulate key presses with your mouse buttons. But I want to be able to remap key presses to allow for multiple presses with a single press, with a profiling system like XMBC that allows the program to have different mapping in different programs (not constant, linear mapping). I need to find the save files for a game I downloaded because now it's loading and saving very slowly. Because it creates a new save file every time you save, I want to go in manually and delete the files from the folder on my computer as opposed to being in the game and deleting them slowly one by one, verifying that I do want to delete each file then waiting for it to delete. The problem is that I caot find the file no matter what I do.
