What application (.exe) is responsible for the input indicator in Windows 10?

my input indicator is gone in Windows 10 for an unknown reason, Please consider reading these facts before answering:

  1. I don't want to use CTFMON.EXE as it is not the same one, and this does not respond to (Windows + Space) command to change input language, only responds to (Alt+Shift), which is really annoying.

  2. I tued its icon in Windows setting after I found it was off (Input Indicator set to ON), but it just appear as "blank: rectangle next to the clock in taskbar, and it is not click-able.

  3. I am sure I have two language installed as input for the keyboard, and all the related setting is accurate (Googled this too much).

  4. I know this probably caused by a recent Windows Update, but I don't have a restore point created to restore or roll-back updates.

So, I was wondering, what is the (*.exe) application that is responsible for starting the input indicator service? (which is equivalent to CTFMON.EXE for Windows XP and Windows 7).

Thanks!
