My PC is connected to a WIFI access point to access inteet. That is working fine. Now, I have connected an embedded system (say a router) to my PC using an etheet cable. I just clean installed Windows 10, and ever since, none of my inteal Chrome popup windows appear. This means clicking on an extension toolbar button or the bookmarks star will do nothing but make the button appear pressed (see screenshot). I have the IP Country Domain Flag addon installed on Chrome and the Flagfox addon installed on Firefox. Both are meant to report where the IP address of a domain name is hosted. I understand that a single domain may have more than one IP address.
