I have a Thinkpad with Windows 10 installed, with Bitlocker setup and previously working. I've just installed Ubuntu along-side Windows, and I enabled the "encrypt my home drive" option during install. I am using grub as a boot manager. I can boot into and run Ubuntu fine. If I select Windows from the grub menu, I get to the Bitlocker screen as I normally would, but it no longer accepts the PIN? Is there any recovery from this? Let's block ads! بخوانید...

I installed bitdefender and Himacho successfully on my desktop, however, after installing himachi my outlook can't coect to its server anymore. I have a dedicated server with a centOS installed. I need a windows environment. I just thought if it would be possible to install a Windows virtual machine and use remote desktop to coect to it. I want to know if that is possible (which I feel positive about it!) and How should I do the process? What should I need to lea and what possible tools can I use? Should I setup a VPS for it? I'm trying to install Windows 7 professional SP1 64 bits on a NVMe SSD from a USB drive. I know Windows 7 does not have NVMe support so I need to install the drivers during the installation. The problem is that during the installation I caot see my usb drive were I copied the drivers. Here is what I did: I used the rufus tool to create a bootable usb in GPT partition UEFI mode FAT32 format. I added the drivers to the usb and to a second usb. I inserted the usb in the computer's usb 2.0 port and entered the BIOS. on the BIOS I enabled CSM support and selected UEFI mode for Storage and PCIe. Currently in my laptop I have Windows and Ubuntu dual booted on a 1TB hard drive. Now I have bought an samsung 850 evo 250GB M.2 SSD where I want to do the same thing , ubuntu and windows 120GB each.All of the tutorials I found tells to discoect the hdd first. But , I don't want to do that because of warrenty purposes. How can I force Mint 17.3 Ciamon to ignore a grub error to complete the installation? Or how can I fix the grub lock? New installation of CentOS 7.2 with Apache 2.4.6. Trying to install the remi repo so that I can upgrade to PHP 5.6 (yum only provides 5.4). When trying to install the repo from an rpm, I get the following error: rpm -Uvh remi-release-7*.rpm error: Failed dependencies: yum is needed by remi-release-7.1-3.el7.remi.noarch Obviously, I have yum, so I don't know what the problem is. Major updates in Windows 10 such as the November update or the coming Aniversity update change the OS version and not just the build. You can see them in the Settings->System->About.
