I tried enabling the New Management flag and adding a supervised user. But the option to lock a user profile was not activated. Is there a way to password protect a chrome user profile or lock the whole browser(like firefox's master password) ...

I have an Nvidia 1070 and three monitors. Two are 1080p one is 1440p. I run Windows 10 x64. Say I have google chrome (it happens to other windowed apps) maximized on one of the side 1080p monitors. SOMETIMES when I lock the computer and come back to it later (after the screens have gone to sleep -- my computer never goes into sleep mode though), the window will have shifted from maximized position to 50% to the right and 50% down but still the same size so it's off the screen...It's not always in that position though, but it seems like it thinks my screen is 1440p on the side and it repositions things weirdly. I'm not sure how to better describe this. I'm hoping someone has had this problem ...

If I enable overclocking and never tu it off, how will that affect my CPU? IIRC overclocking only kicks in when your CPU actually needs the extra processing power. Overclocking doesn't take affect on idle or when you're doing simple tasks like web browsing. I'm using the i7-6700k and it comes with 1 of the 4 cores overclocked to 4.2GHz while the other 3 cores are clocked at 4.0GHz. I've set all 4 cores to be overclocked at 4.2GHz and made no changes to the CPU voltage. I'm ruing two Noctua Industrial 120mm fans on my radiator at 3,000 RPM. Along with another x2 120mm--as intake--and x1 140mm--as exhaust--Noctua Industrial fans at 3,000 RPM. This keeps my CPU at a cool 19c and my GPU at 26...

Background: A few days back I wanted to play AOE2 over inteet. For that I used Voobly application for finding the users and launching the game. But problem was that since my local ISP had blocked port 16000, I was unable to play. I asked the local ISP to forward the port 16000 and they didn't know what did that mean. After that I installed Hideme VPN application and it somehow did the port forwarding and I was able to play. Question: How does the VPN overcome the port blocking restriction? I have forgotton my iphone 4s passcode and im not able to unlock the phone. Each failure it increases the interval time and finally it is asking me to coect iTunes to restore . I have three ordinary user accounts on Windows 10, and one admin account. I want to back up the three ordinary users' files to an exteal drive -- but I want the backup to run as the admin. (That way, I think, if a user gets crypto-locking malware, the malware won't have write permissions on the user's backup.) In Windows 7, I'd run Windows Backup as admin. When iPhone is plugged in computer ruing Windows 10 it starts installing drivers. Windows doesn't show UAC screen, or user permission to install drivers. Since I have upgraded Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro, I notice that Windows would appear unstable immediately after unlocking. It doesn't happen right after a very recent restart, however as time passes by (I normally put it to sleep every evening and leave it ruing but locked during the day), it get progressively worse. I have discovered this problem with my Laptop, today itself. No matter what the environment, app, screen is, as soon as I press CAPS LOCK key, the computer shuts itself down abruptly (abnormal shutdown, like power failure). The easiest way to do this with a DNS service. If you subscribe to Alteate DNS or Open DNS, they may be able to get most of that done for you with very little configuration. Just have your router hand out their DNS server IPs, and you may be good to go. I believe there are free service tiers at both. I have an UEFI system with dual boot between Windows and Linux. I've tried to encrypt Windows system disk. I've selected to test it first but, after reboot, it stated that it failed to retrieve keys from TPM. I tried to change TPM password and reset it but it didn't helped. tpm.msc claims all time that TPM chip is ready to use. I can edit local policy but I'd prefer to use TPM. I frequently work remotely, out of reach of WiFi, and simply rely on tethering my Mac to my iPhone for inteet access. This works great, except I am unable to coect to one of my client's Cisco AnyCoect VPN Network using my Mac when tethered to my iPhone. I have a 50TB SAN device, which intu has two partitions. One of the partition is a gfs2 configured to be shared between two nodes. However, I'm having trouble mounting this partition on one node, but not on the other one. When I try to mount it I get the follwing error, " gfs_controld join coect error: error mounting lockproto lock_dlm" I figure it has something to do with cman as it says that it failed to get dbus coection right, but this service looks fine in the other node.
