How to fix BitLocker error with reading from TPM chip

I have an UEFI system with dual boot between Windows and Linux. I've tried to encrypt Windows system disk. I've selected to test it first but, after reboot, it stated that it failed to retrieve keys from TPM. I tried to change TPM password and reset it but it didn't helped. tpm.msc claims all time that TPM chip is ready to use.

I can edit local policy but I'd prefer to use TPM. Is there a way to get it working?
