Combine multiple disks to one 'big' disk on my exteal HDD

I run into a problem with my exteal HDD, i used it for backups but when i reinstalled windows (and forgot to remove the HDD) my HDD got whiped. After the whipe suddenly my HDD splitted itself into multiple Disks. Ive tried evrything and googles alot but no succes.

I would like to bring it back to one disk, just like it was when i bought it.

Can anyone help me out, or give me some tips on how to achieve this?
