virtualbox failed when starting vagrant up

I've windows 7 64bit and Installed vagrant 1.8.4 and virtualbox 4.3, Now I need to load linux based 64bit box on machine but getting below error :

Note: another 32bit linux box running...

Install another version of vagrant and virtualbox Repair the windows 7 Completed remove and installed Re-import box file
