Audio cutting out

Since recently changing my router I've been having issues playing audio files hosted from my pc (using direct links through Apache).

Each file will get so far, then stop playing (and buffering), I'm also not able to download them, using any browser (or game that accesses them). I put my old router back in to test and it works fine, so the actual set up is ok.

This is what happens in Firefox, it gets to 20 seconds and stops, even though the file is nearly an hour long.

This happens regardless of file type and length. Upgraded my router firmware (ASUS DSL N66U) and tried using Procmon, but this also shows nothing.

Any ideas?
