Fuzzy search to switch between windows in Windows 10

I usually work with many windows at a time so it is very inconvenience to use tab searching for windows that i need. Are there any programs help me do this? This is similar to ctrl + p in Sublime Text 3 .I tried Listary but instead of switch to the opening window it open a new windows for instance a new file in Notepad
