How to modify device and path of bcdedit as hfs partition on windows 7?

I need to make dual boot. One is windows seven and another one is hackintosh(partition 3) . I use EasyBCD to make dual boot. The problem is hackintosh is not loaded.

Before it works well , but some reason i reinstall the windows 7 (deleted c & system reserved and created). Then after i got this problem. I also confused with visual BCD Editor

I got error with boot path. so, How can i change partition and path of bcdedit?. I also need know boot path of partition 3. I don't know is this solution correct for my problem. Please refer following screen shots. Thanks for you help friends!

Error: For I enter to Real-Mode boot sector i got following error

1.This is my bcd created by EasyBCD tool. I need to device as Partition 3 and path as partition 3 boot path.

2.This is my diskpart partition 3 is HFS volume.

3.This is my partition 3 explored with HFSEXPLORER. Also need boot path of it.

4.This is my Partitions on disk manager.
