UNDO System Restore not available on Windows 7

I did a System Restore to a version from yesterday. I did a couple of attempted restarts (they were failing b/c of a change in the BIOS) That wasn't the cause of the problem (which I've not fixed: BIOS got changed somehow.).

I'm trying to undo that but I don't see the "future" date in the System Restore (even after checking Show more restore points

This is Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

any ideas?
