Can I enable touchscreen gestures for Google Inbox on a Windows 10 tablet/laptop?

On my iPhone, there is an app for Google Inbox, where I can swipe messages left or right to archive them or snooze them. Is there a way to get the web version to do the same thing on a touchscreen computer?

If it helps, I'm currently using Google Chrome on a Microsoft Surface Pro 4, but I expect that this would be applicable to any touchscreen laptop / tablet ruing Windows 10.
