Creating a bulleted list in MS Word to support RTL text alignment

I'm trying to create a bulleted list in MS Word; However I'm facing some issues related to text alignment because I want to write in Arabic (use RTL).

What I need is to make bullets appear right and the Arabic text appears left, but no matter what, the bullets will always be displayed on left.

What I want is:

اللغة العربية •

But it's always like this:

• اللغة العربية

I found this answer, but it didn't work. In fact, This seems to be for the older version of MS Office, I'm using MS Office 2016 here.
