ImageMagick Opencl Hardware Requirements

I did ImageMagick 7.0.2-1 installation in laptop having configurations as follows

Here GPU usage as CPU: 79.8%, GPU: 0.0%

After installation they both are showing

Why the difference in utilization? I did same installation steps for both. And same package too. But actually in second case, the conversion did not take place. The output file is not at all found

Whats the problem here? I could not find it. Can someone?
