I have a bamboo pen and touch and I can't draw on any art program. What do?

I have adjusted the Pen and Touch settings and unchecked the press and hold for right click box and it worked on everything else except photoshop CC and Krita. Every time I try to draw, a little box with brush options keeps popping up so I can't even draw a full line.
