I was doing some normal things on my MacBook Air when an application froze. I pressed cmd+alt+esc to open the task manager and force quit the application. I then decided to restart my computer for good measure.
Once my laptop restarted, a message saying "this computer is scheduled to reboot" appeared. A few moments later it proceeded to reboot, and I then logged in as usual. From this point forward my computer continually repeats this process, and reboots after saying "this computer is scheduled to reboot", which pops up about 30 seconds after the previous reboot. So I can log in and perform some actions, but only for a short period of time before it reboots again.
What can I do to fix this? I'm more of a Windows guy and this Mac is a school laptop, so it is fairly restricted when it comes to changing settings and the like. Thanks for any help.
