Find highest number of consecutive outcomes for each person in list

I've got an Excel list that looks like this (with the name in column A and the score in column B):

7. Jim 7
8. Jim 4
9. Ted 4
10. Ted 4
11. Ted 7
12. Ted 7
13. Ted 4
14. Ted 7

17. Paul 7
18. Paul 7
19. Paul 7
20. Paul 7
21. Paul 4
22. Paul 7
23. Paul 7
24. Paul 7
25. Paul 4

I need to rank each person by their highest number of consecutive results of 7.

So Jim's result would be 2, because he got a score of 7 twice in a row.

Ted's would be 2, because he also got a score of 7 twice in a row (albeit twice, but that doesn't matter).

Paul's would be 5, because he got a score of 7 fives times in a row.

How do I get Excel to tell me what the longest string of scores of 7 was for each person?

This is a very long list.
