One of my computer has unstable coections and ping

So mine and my partners computer both coect to a wireless network. My partners coection are doing fine. My coections are very unstable.

Both computer need to go through the same wifi repeater

So computer -> 192.168.10.253 -> 192.168.1.1 -> google.com

The ping is 500 ms. It's not always like this. I used to coect just fine. I used to play games with low pings.

Sometimes I got a strange message as if my computer should coect through a proxy

It seems that as if I am coecting through proxy 216.108.225.199:60099

I have no idea what IP is that. Virus? Is my computer hijacked?

Note: I can access some sites but not google
