Unable to format inteal ssd and partitions Mac

A couple of weeks back a had a new ssd installed in my Macbook pro, everything was great and no problems up until the other day, where I shut down the computer and then the next time I tued it on it would load completely but then shut down by itself right after.

I am able to see the ssd in the disk utility when opening in recovery mode, but I can't do anything about the drive. Everytime I try to make 1 new partition it just gives me error messages.

To explain it from the start I was running the latest version of OS X, then when I tried to format the drive I got the error "format of archive system failed". Then when I tried to tu the computer off and on again it started with a "reinstall from the inteet" and then the disk utility opened in Mountain Lion instead of the regular new OS X. Now whenever I try to create a new partition I just get the error "wiping volume data to prevent future accidental probing failed". So now I don't have any partitions and the "partition state/type" of the drive is "unformated". I also tried to format the drive through the terminal, but that just retued the same error as before "wiping volume data to prevent future accidental probing failed" Also when I try to repair the disk it tells me it "was unable to repair the disk and I should quickly reformat it", which I can't.

Before I did any of this I used an exteal harddrive to install OS X on and then use that to boot, to get all the files from the "corrup" drive. So I have everything saved, now I just have to figure out a way to clean the ssd, so I am able to use the actual inteal drive again.

Any suggestions as to how to fix this?
