I need this equation

=IF($K$6="Volume",IF([@Sqft]>=50,[@Volume]*1.2,[@Volume]),IF([@Sqft]>=50,[@Regular]*1.2,[@Regular]))

to show a result of 1.25. Please see image attached for data references.Data Sheet
