Two NICs on Open VPN client Win 7 - How to config NIC2 in bridged set-up?

I am using a Craddlepoint 4G router with built in OPen VPN server. Behind VPN servert is a 10.0.X.X subnet where there is a radio device (operated with a special control software on a Ipad like planel) that sends broadcasts to a remotely located special control software on Win 7 PC via the VPN tunnel. On the Win 7 PC I have the Open VPN client that shall connect to the radio device.I use a NIC1 card to set up the VPN tunnel which connects fine and I get an adress on the 10.0.X.X. . So far all good. But I do need to connect the special control software from the IPad like panel and use a 2nd NIC2 to connect it to the PC. How do I get this NIC2 to connect to the bridged VPN subnet 10.0.X.X. so it can find the broadcats on the 10.0.X.X and connect? Thanking in advance
