Huawei E5186s multiple SSID bandwidth limitation

Im using the Huawei E5186s, and whenever logging into the admin panel, and going to the wifi section - theres multiple SSID broadcasting, in which's description is:

Wi-Fi Multi-SSID provides a maximum of four different access channels for a Wi-Fi network. The gateway can provide Wi-Fi access points at different rates.

From this i understand that i am able to limit the bandwidth each SSID provides, so i could let a specific part of the home use 100% bandwidth, and the other SSID for guests allow to use only 20% of bandwidth - is it possible with this router, or is not good enough?
