Windows Embedded CE 6 device recovery

I have two of these devices, one is working perfectly the other is frozen in a such boot loop. When I try to tu on the device it will stay in booting sequence for indefinite time, seems to be any interaction. I want to recover this device but i don't know where to start, it's my first time managing a windows embedded device. thank you
