home Hotspot using inteal Wi-Fi and a 802.11n Usb Wi-Fi Dongle and VMware-workstation

I want to create a hotspot with bandwidth limit and usage limit with inteal wifi and a 802.11n usb Wi-Fi dongle i aldready have tried PfSense but somehow it doesn't work. Usage limit is not a priority so any suggestion appreciated. main PC is running Windows 10 and i get inteet from my modem
