Communication between 2 virtual machines

Is it possible to have 2 VM in different networks communicate with each other over my host OS?

The idea is to have one VM in network 192.168.2.x 255.255.255.0, the other VM in network 192.168.3.x 255.255.255.0. My host OS is in network 192.168.1.x 255.255.255.0. I would like to have communication between all 3 networks (so the VM-s can ping each other and host, and so the host can ping both VM). Also, I would like to have inteet access in a VM.

I'm using windows 10 as Host OS, and Virtual Box with 2 Linux Mint VM
