Video and audio stuttering when being played in multiple tabs in all browsers. Why?

It's started in chrome and then I tried in edge and got the same aoying slow motion audio and video stutter. It only happens when I play videos in multiple tabs. Playing a video in one tab is smooth. Searched the inteet and found nothing. I tried uninstalling realtek audio driver suggested in a forum to no change. Please help.
