what alternative to detailed view of windows explorer with allowed special characters as a file name to make a long note?

this is how i keep my notes

i'm making notes in file name and streching the name column and looking at them in detailed view in windows7 explorer.

It's primitive but i like that other that I can't use special characters in name of file, so i need to put special content inside file if needed.

Can you suggest me better approche to make notes? If you know a software please offer me one with:

• possibility to strech column to max screen width
• simple view without any navbar, sidebar, toolbar
• as many lines in view as possible
• as many visible characters in one line as possible
• special characters available in name of the note
• minimum 255 char per note title/name

(I tried Eveote, but i dont like their list of all notes view. Cant strech column to max screen width.
