How do I fix my sluggish VMWare guest?

I have a VMWare guest (Windows 7 64-Bit), legit. That has extreme performance issues on one of my laptops.

In my MSI, it performs beautifully, but when I use it in my Lenovo, it performs horribly. These 2 hosts are mostly identical, except for the fact that that the MSI is running with an SSD, however with that being said, I have opened the file direct from an exteal drive, and still performs great on the MSI, however it won't even load on the Lenovo!.

Same image of the guest is being used directly from the its inteal drive (exteal drive for test purposes only) Both have hyper-V tued on, but as far as more settings, I don't know.
