computer build for a friend *clarification needed*

hello i was wandering if anyone had put a Radeon R7 250 with an AMD FX-6200 3.8GHz 6-Core Processor with 16GB of DDR3 ram in any of their computer builds before and i was wanting to know how it performed. I am trying to put together a light weight computer that resembles my current build for a friend of mine and i don't have much capital to work with. My current build is an Intel i7 Skylake @3.40GHz with a Radeon R7 250 and 16GB of DDR4 G.skill ripsaw memory his computer will have. please keep in mind I am not a professional and my knowledge of computers and hardware terminology is limited.
