Remove second drive letter in Windows 10

My C:/ drive partition is also mounted as H:/ in Windows 10.

subst retus nothing (presumably indicating that there are no "current virtual drives")

The "Disk Management" tool lists C: as the only drive letter/path under "Change Drive Letter and Paths for C: ()"

Where is the second label coming from? How can I remove it?
