'Local area coection' remains disabled and 'enable' does not work - Windows 10

After upgrading to Windows 10 I am encountering problems with frequent loss of (inteet) network (one problem is Network on home computer gets lost, adapter should be disabled/enabled to restore network access). I am solving this loss with disable/enable on 'Local are coection'. However somtimes disable completes succesfully and adapter is disabled but it is impossible to enable it again - any repeated call to 'enable' does nothing, adapter remains disabled. The last solution is restart of computer and then all is working again.

I have Aspire laptop coected to wire inteet, recently upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7.
