Start a Process and Retu

I am trying to run a logging program called TShark to monitor some unit tests. The problem is when I run this program via my continuous integration server, it is waiting for my command prompt/batch file to retu an exit code so I'd like to run the program and then immediately retu, rather than wait for the logging program to 'finish' execution.

Is there any way to do this sort of thing using a batch file or Powershell script?
