Jumbo packet ping from PC (windows 10)

Directly from Microsoft's technet page:

Error Message:

Packet needs to be fragmented but DF set.

Explanation:

The packet length is to big to be processed by the ping command.

User Action:

Tu off the Do Not Fragment flag by removing the -f option from the command line and then try again. You may try decreasing the packet size by using the -l option prior to disabling the Do Not Fragment flag.

As the page says, it means you're sending packets larger than can be handled.
