Can't make a communication with IP Public

First of all I am a newbie at network. I have 2 PCs in two different networks.

• First I got IP Public on PC 1 wget http://ipinfo.io/ip -qO - and result was xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx
• On PC 1 I used netcat to bind a port nc -l -v 5555
• On PC 2 I made a connect nc xxxx.xxxx.xxxx 5555

I have no firewall and port forwarding is enable:

When I test. Still can't.

The result was nothing happen. So what did I do wrong here?
