Computer goes directly into windows recovery, but no user accounts show

Okay so the other day my computer was rather glitchy or I think something is wrong with my computer or something but it was running tasks slower than usual and after downloading something my computer shut down and went into Windows Recovery and when I went to go to repair it told me to pick an account with administrative power and I only had one account on this PC becuase it's a personal rig of mine and it's not showing up as an account or any accounts for that matter and yes it was also an admin account. I'd really appreciate any help don't really feel like buying a new rig
