Excel large data set filter

I have downloaded data from a recorder and it has a data point for ever minute for the past 3 months.

I need to reduce the data to a number of data points that can reasonably be graphed in a maer to be used for analysis. Hence I need to either delete groups of rows or select rows en masse. Set is 77,358 data points.
