Restore Clonzilla backup in dualboot system

I've got a dualboot system with Windows 10 and (newly installed) Ubuntu 14.04 respectively. And I would like to restore another Ubuntu 14.04 (with packages installed already) to substitude the newly installed. And my question is wouldn't that spoil my dualboot system in my hardrive?
