Google Drive API: downloading files without GUI from an account with two-factor auth

I'm trying to write a script that will download a spreadsheet from my Google Drive account, preferably through a cronjob / without an API.

Is this possible?

Is it possible if I have two-factor auth on my google account?

I'm using Fedora.
