InDesign cell stroke options does not show middle columns

In InDesign CS6 on Windows I'm trying to add stroke between cells but not in the outer perimeter of the table/cells.

The cell stroke dialog looks like this on InDesign CS6:

In InDesign CC 2014 and CC2015 the dialog did not change, I tested both.

In the web I found some help about this topic and I came to an image like these two (link one, link two):

As you can see the cell stroke dialogs are different from the versions I tested because they allow the user to choose the stroke in the middle of the cell (vertical and horizontal middles).

My question is my InDesigns does not have this resource (versions CS6, CC14 and CC15)?

This could not be a MacOS only feature because the second picture clearly shows a Windows window.

Does anyone knows how to solve that?
