Intermittent connection from computer to local computer within LAN

I have a typical setup of computers (3 of them running windows 7) connected to a wireless router and to the inteet. All through wireless. They are working ok.

Now, I have installed apache web server (for my web application) on one of the computer ("server"). What I need to do is to enable other two computers to access the application through browser (e.g. http://192.168.0.100:8000).

I configured the "server" wireless adapter IPv4 setting to static ip 192.168.0.100 subnet mask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.0.1. And enable the windows firewall to allow the application.

The problem is: the other two computers can sometimes connect but sometimes it can't. Like I test pinging to server, sometimes it gets reply, but sometimes not. I restarted the wireless router and the result is the same. For information, the wireless router is placed in the same room with the 3 computers, so signal is very strong.

I am not sure if this is the way to setup to work. Appreciate any advice.
