How to configure gpo to auto locks the computer once the windows start?

I have a computer which will go to the lock screen once windows start (the account is set to auto logon to windows). so basically when i power on the pc, i will see a lock screen of that user account.

my issue is that when i go into the gpo, Computer ConfigurationAdministrative TemplatesControl PanelPersonalization, all fields are set to Not Configured. So where in the gpo is this behaviour/setting done?
