Linux Dual Boot Wiped Windows

So I've had a dual-boot laptop setup for Fedora 20 and Windows 7 for a while now. Yesterday I logged into my windows partition after about 14 days and everything is gone!

When I say everything is gone, most of my files have been wiped out. And many of the programs are back to the the default settings although most of them seem to still be installed. For instance Dropbox is still installed but the account is no longer setup.

Desktop background is back to default etc... etc...

Any ideas what could have happened or how I can restore my Windows system back to the way it was? It's just really strange.
