Windows 7 - High DPC Latency

I've installed Windows 7 on my laptop, after having Windows 10 and not liking it because of several driver issues and constant bluescreens.

My computer is performing much better, but I am still having issues that I cannot seem to find the solution to. It's about DPC latency.

When I run latencymon, just browsing the web, watching some youtube vids, it spikes up telling me that there is a driver causing DPC latency.

And sometimes the audio pops and crackles.

The culprit appears to be ndis.sys, so I thought to install an older network driver, problem is I cannot find one anywhere.

ndis.sys is not the only culprit, however as when I am gaming, my NVIDIA drivers are also having trouble, and they're up to date too. nvlddmkm.sys is also causing lots of DPC latency. And my games stutter periodically, even though I get a steady 60fps (So it's not my card).
